ANNA L. PERRY
ANNA L. PERRY specializes in legal separation and divorce in Canada. Prenuptial, cohabitation and separation settlement agreements, including property settlements for family and corporate assets. Anna Perry has taught at the Commerce Faculty, University of British Columbia and was a Registrar and manager in BC Court Services and the BC Land Title Registry. Anna specializes in family law litigation, inter-jurisdictional family law disputes; and complex high-net worth and corporate asset and support settlements; retroactive child support, spousal support and asset tracing and compensation orders; BC and Canada Supreme Court trials and applications.
Anna takes particular interest in preservation of generational wealth and has litigated claims of parents against children in family law cases to recover parental loans, real estate and wrongfully converted assets. Anna has recently won a difficult child mobility Trial and suceeded in introducing the legal principal of a "lead parent" as between two parents who otherwise had 1-year of shared and equal parenting time with their child prior to the parent's proposed move.
